Privacy policy

Who we are. Drag Racing Association Gqeberha (D.R.A.G.), Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.

What we collect. Your name, email, cell number, town, SA ID or passport number, date of birth (from your ID), emergency contact, photos you upload, and details of your cars, memberships, entries and payments.

Why. To run club membership and events: identifying entrants, recording the event indemnity, contacting you or your emergency contact, and keeping financial records.

How it's protected. ID numbers are encrypted and shown masked. Only club administrators can see full details, and every time an ID number is revealed it is logged.

Where it's stored. With Cloudflare, in data centres in the European Union, which are covered by the EU's GDPR data protection rules.

Sharing. We don't sell your information. We only share it where the law requires, or in an emergency at an event.

Your rights. You can see and correct your details in your profile, and ask us to delete your profile, except where we must keep records by law.
